Zoe is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist with over eight years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Passionate about helping clients move, feel, and perform at their best, she provides personalised treatments tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

After completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2021, Zoe has continued to build on her extensive hands-on experience, developing a strong interest in deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and sports massage. Her treatments focus on reducing pain and muscular tension, improving mobility, supporting recovery from physical activity, and promoting overall wellbeing.

Zoe also has experience working with children and clients experiencing oedema, offering a compassionate and client-centred approach to care. She believes in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where every client feels supported throughout their treatment journey.
